The Grate Hook assists in adjusting the height of the Cooking Grate to maintain desired cooking temperature, a necessity when cooking over an open flame fire. It is made from stainless steel. It is also used to remove the Fire Grate accessory. If you misplace yours, don’t worry, we have extras!
