Smokey Street Corn
Do you ever have something at a restaurant and become determined to replicate it at home? That's what inspired this smokey, sweet street corn! To be honest, I never gravitated towards corn - until now! This saucy, roasted corn is so addicting and the smokiness that the fire infuses takes it to the next level. I always make more in hope to end up with leftovers, but it's one of those dishes that our guests tend to devour every last bite of!
Fire Glazed Candy Carrots
These deliciously sweet, fire glazed carrots are quick to prepare and absolutely addicting! My family ends up elbowing each other to get to the slightly charred carrots that tend to stick to the bottom of the cast iron. It's also an added bonus that these carrots are a hit with the kids!
Fired Crack Rice
Fried Crack Rice is now a weekly Sherman Cooker staple! The Sherman Cooker version of veggie fried rice has a distinct rustic flavor which can only be created by cooking over fire in a well-seasoned cast iron pan!
Fireside Apple Crisp
Grandma's apple crisp has met its match! The Fireside Apple Crisp is the perfect nightcap dessert. There is something so comforting about relaxing around the fire and smelling the apple and cinnamon aroma - it's a perfect pairing. This one will leave your guests craving more!
Mini Franks & Beans
You can't go wrong with this classic campfire meal! We are suckers for recipes that can be made in one dish, can feed a lot of people and is kid approved. The sweet & savory combination of the bacon and brown sugar will leave everyone licking their dish clean!
Steak Tips & Veggies
This steak tips & veggies recipe has been with us since the beginning! Everyone can get involved on this meal. You'll find your guests taking it upon themselves to pull the steak off the grill once it's cooked to their liking. Tip: Always buy more steak tips than you think, because this one tends to make people overindulge.
Fire Grilled Pizza
One of our most talked about recipes! No need to visit a fancy pizza parlor when you can enjoy fire grilled pizza right in your backyard. This recipe is easy and most importantly, FUN! Take the lead or let your friends, family and kids customize their own pizzas. You'll never get sick of hearing, "this is the best pizza I've ever had!"
Cowpuncher Queso
This hot & spicy dip pairs perfectly with a football Sunday in New England! Turn up the heat with some diced jalapeno's or cool it down with a dollop of sour cream. There's a good chance you'll get caught double dipping!
